Learn the 10 Commandments of Anti Aging And Maintain Your Youthful Appearance

In order to achieve younger looking skin there are things you should do all the time.  Here are my top ten tried and proven things to do to keep your skin healthy and vibrant all the time.

 1.  Eat Healthy Foods

Your skin will reveal to the world the health of your body.  The foods you eat provide nourishment to your skin.  So even though you might be using natural skin care treatments to treat the surface you also should eat nourishing food to treat the inside.  A balanced diet of lots of fruits, vegetables, fish and nuts along with a multivitamin supplement will keep your skin happy and rejuvenated.  Avoid sweets, alcohol and as these will lead to inflammation in the skin.

 2.  Stick to your ideal weight

Try to stick to a healthy weight.  Know the amount of pounds you should weigh depending on your height.  Know your Body Mass Index (BMI) and stick within the weight that is normal for your height.  Yoyo dieting is not good for the skin.

 3.  Keep your skin hydrated

Lay off the sodas and sugary drinks.  The better hydrated your skin is the less apparent your wrinkles will be. Drink 8 glasses of water daily and using a natural moisturizing and hydrating cream.  Water help your body to eliminate toxins this too will help your skin stay rejuvenated.

 4.  Get Sufficient Sleep

Get your beauty rest each night.  Your skin’s best time for rejuvenating is when your body is at rest.  When you sleep your entire body is able to repair some of the damage done during the day.  Try using a natural anti aging night cream.  This will ensure your skin is properly moisturized and will help smooth out some of the wrinkles.

 5.  Apply sun screen daily

Regardless of the weather condition it is important to wear high SPF sun screen which contains both UVB and UVA protection.  This is important to prevent damage caused from the sun UV rays.  A natural sun screen will protect your skin regardless of its type.

 6.  Quit Smoking

Smoking is bad overall.  It affects your health and the appearance of your skin.  Smoke breaks down your collagen and elastin which leads to wrinkled sagging skin.  It can cause cancer and other health related problems.

 7.  Meditate

Do yoga or any other form of meditation that will help your body to relax.  Stress makes your cells age at a more rapid rate and this will manifest itself on your skin.

 8.  Use Antioxidants

Using an Antioxidant such as Phytessence Wakame is a great way to slow down the aging process with an anti aging cream.  It will help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, age spots and fine lines.  While doing this it stops new ones from appearing.  A good antioxidant also helps to firm and tone sagging skin.

 9.  Exercise daily

Daily exercise, no matter how simple will help your circulation and blood flow.  This will improve the appearance of your skin.  Exercising 4-5 days per week for thirty minutes can really make a difference in the way you look and feel.

 10.  Never pick your skin

Picking pimples will leave dark spots on your skin.  These spots will take a much longer time to go away as you age.  To help get rid of the brown or dark spots look for a natural skin lightening cream that contain natural ingredients such as Extrapone Nutgrass.

Following these simple tips will help your maintain younger looking skin.
